Random Act of Kindness Cards.. RAK

Being part of the Pootles Group is fantastic we get to join in on lots of  great projects.
One of our team has started a Pootles RAK group this means Random act of kindness. There are about 25 of us and we send cards to each other each month, week or however many you wish to send.
This month I have loads to send out as i have been playing with the Memories and More Perfect Days set.
This isn't just for scrap booking or memory keeping they make great simple cards as well. enough just to say hi, I am still thinking of you, a little thank you or just a hug.

Happy Birthday Male

Hi , so sorry this blog is so late this week, I haven't got good lightning in my craft space and the weather has been so dull I struggled to photograph. But we have sun !! So I've been busy getting ahead.
I wanted to do a couple of masculine cards I do find them really hard.

I really like the Happy Birthday Thinlets Die so have used them again in this project and I have layered them 3 times to get this raised effect.the paper I used was the Wood Textures DSP which with so many different designs can give you such a different finish

Happy Birthday Gorgeous

Good morning everyone
Today I have been crafting using a Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set and the Happy Birthday Thinlits die. These are available as a bundle saving 10% if purchased together.

I love the look of using the stamp set as a background.

The pink card was using two different pinks Blushing Bride and Power Pink and the die was embedded into the original picture. This is more fussy as I needed to stick each piece back in, and at one point I had the top of my B go missing. I really should try and craft in a tidy space!!

The contrast of the Lemon lime Twist with the black is fantastic doesn't it just pop. The two step stampin is so beautiful. Stamp once for the flower edge and stamp of for the coloring in. I used just 1/8th inch to layer with lemon lime twist card.

Can't wait to craft more with this set.
